Shop Policies

Most listed items are already made and ready to ship.

Custom made items take time to create. Contact the maker for details before ordering a custom item for details on creation time.  

Each item will come with care instructions. Be sure to follow those instructions. If you need a copy of the instructions, please message the maker. We are not responsible for stains/ washing.

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.   I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and Exchanges:

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations if:

Buyer Contacts me within: 7 days of delivery and
Ships items back within: 14 days of delivery.
Requests a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase.

Used items will not be accepted for a return or exchange.  

No CODs

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If the item you ordered has an issue with workmanship, such as broken clasp or popped stitching we will fix the issue free of charge, but buyer pays shipping back to maker for fixing and maker will pay shipping back to buyer after the issue is fixed.
